Pole dancing. Not the seedy kind. My friend and I have been doing it since October last year. I can’t believe how strong we are. I also can’t believe how sore my arms were when I woke up today. We did one hour of practice yesterday followed by an hour of strength and conditioning which got us attempting some fairly advanced moves which we really weren’t ready for but almost succeeded at anyway. Sometimes you feel like you’ve hit a wall and aren’t sure what new moves to try. You could so easily fall down and injure yourself. No-one likes a face plant. But after that class I just want to try everything. So I created a meme.
